THE SPFF FOUNDATION PRESENTS OUR
2018 BEGINNING FLY TYING CLASS
You’re invited and encouraged to sign up for this course where you’ll add the enjoyment of this special skill to your total fly fishing experience.
There are ten class openings and historically they fill up very quickly – only 5 spaces are left! Your cost for the seven week course is $75 which gets you a terrific instruction book, its companion DVD and all the fly tying materials you’re going to need for the course....please note that the foundation is subsidizing about 50% of the actual cost for these items! We have loaner tools available for you to use both in class and at home...sorry, but there will be homework.
Classes will be held at Mt. Aire in Sylmar from 7-9 pm every Wednesday beginning January 10th and ending February 21st. The instruction is free and we’ll have a room full of dedicated & experienced fly tiers eager to be your instructors.
Once you complete this course you’ll receive a coveted SPFF Graduation Certificate, a Class Photo and an invitation to join like-minded members who meet most every Wednesday evening throughout the year to tie flies and tell lies. Even more importantly, you’ll be invited to participate in our soon to be held exclusive and always highly anticipated Fly Tiers’ Christmas Pot Luck Dinner and Gift Exchange. That alone is well worth the cost of admission!
